THE SO-CALLED JOINT COINS OF PRITHVIRAJ AND MUHAMMAD GHORI

A coin of Prithviraj Chauhan issued from Dilli has a figure of horseman as well as the legend of "Sri Prithvirajadeva" in Devanagari and the reverse of this coins shows a humped bull with the legend "Asavari Sri Samanta Deva"

Another coin of Prithviraj Chauhan has a legend of "Prithvi" in Devanagari on right side and on the obverse of this coin has an Arabic legend "Sultan Muhammad Bin Sam". The reverse of this coin shows a figure of Goddess Lakshmi.

Historians have interpreted that Muhammad Ghori issued these coins after his victory over Prithviraj Chauhan which is nothing but a blatant lie because they could not accept that Prithviraj defeated Muhammad Ghori and forced him to pay tribute as a feudatory. On this occasion, Prithviraj Chauhan issued these coins showing Muhammad Ghori as his Samanta or feudatory. No muslim ruler can issue a coin in Devnagari having the images of Goddess Lakshmi, Horseman and humped bull.

Now you can imagine how these historians have distorted the facts of Indian history.
