ORDER:-

1. In the G.O 1st read above, Government constituted the 12th Pay Revision Commission for the State Government employees and appointed Dr. Manmohan Singh, IAS (1985) (Retd.), as Pay Revision Commissioner. The Terms of Reference of the Commission were also specified therein.

2. In the G.O 2nd read above, Government issued orders prescribing the terms and conditions of appointment of Dr. Manmohan Singh, IAS (Retd.), as Pay Revision Commissioner.

3. In the G.O 3rd read above, Government accepted the resignation tendered by Dr. Manmohan Singh, IAS (Retd.), from the post of Pay Revision Commissioner. Consequently, the post of Pay Revision Commissioner for the 12th Pay Revision Commission has remained vacant.

4. Government, after careful examination of the matter, hereby appoint Sri Dinesh Kumar, IAS (1983) (Retd.), as Pay Revision Commissioner, 12th Pay Revision Commission.

5. The terms and conditions of appointment of Sri Dinesh Kumar, IAS (1983) (Retd.), as Pay Revision Commissioner will be issued separately.

6. The 12th Pay Revision Commission shall continue to operate under the Terms of Reference issued vide the G.O 1st read above.

7. The Pay Revision Commission shall prescribe its own procedure for receiving representations, examining and calling for information. The Departments of Secretariat and Heads of Departments shall furnish all necessary information as and when requested by the Pay Revision Commission and extend such co-operation and assistance as may be required by Commission.

8. The Pay Revision Commission shall ordinarily function from Velagapudi, but may tour within or outside the State, if necessary.

9. The Pay Revision Commission shall submit its report to the Government within one year from the date of assumption of charge by the Pay Revision Commissioner.
